ROUTINE
Fitness //: Functional, lean, cardio-focused. Sustainable health over bodybuilding culture.
Smoking //:
Smoking, for me, is mostly about interruption and pacing. It creates a forced pause in whatever I’m doing. A reason to step outside, stand still, think without scrolling or input. It’s one of the few rituals left that doesn’t demand productivity.
I don’t pretend it’s healthy or romantic, but I understand why it’s hard to let go of. It marks time. It gives structure to boredom, stress, and thought loops.
Coffee //:
Coffee is ritual, not obsession. The consistency matters more than the caffeine. Making it, sitting with it, letting it anchor a routine. It’s predictable and grounding.
It marks the beginning of something or keeps momentum going. I don’t need novelty, I value reliability.
Animals //:
My cat grounds me in a way nothing else really does. Animals don’t perform, don’t explain themselves, don’t demand interpretation. There’s something calming about sharing space with a creature that just exists.
Quiet companionship without expectations. It’s one of the few presences that consistently pulls me out of my head.
